- Business verification info (if applying for Trusted Seller)
B. Listing Data (Public)
- Container type, condition, location, price, photos, videos, notes
- Availability status
C. Communications
- Messages sent through Teux.net contact forms
- Internal notes related to fraud prevention or dispute assistance
D. Social Login Data (Google)
If you sign in with Google, we receive:
- Your primary email
- Public profile name
- Profile image URL (if available) We do NOT read your Gmail inbox, contacts, or calendar.
E. Usage & Technical Data
- IP address (approximate region)
- Browser type & device
- Login timestamps
- Referring pages
F. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies to:
- Keep you logged in
- Remember language or currency preferences

3. How We Use Your Information

- Connect buyers with sellers (sharing contact info when you engage)

4. When We Share Information
We share data only as needed to operate the Platform:

If you apply for a Trusted Seller badge, we may collect and review:

- Trade references
- VAT / tax IDs (if provided)
- Company website & social presence
This information is used only to evaluate trust indicators—not published in full. We may publicly display badges such as “Business Verified,” “Docs Reviewed,” or “High Response Seller.”
6. Data Retention
We retain:
- Active accounts: data retained while account remains active.
- Closed accounts: core data archived up to [Insert Retention Period, e.g., 12 months] for fraud prevention/legal record.
- Transactional emails/logs: retained for security & audit purposes for [Insert Period].
